Super friendly staff and really awesome gluten free food options. Came in around 9am today on 06/23/25 and got two breakfast sandwich’s and the chicken tender appetizer. First time I’ve eaten out since I developed a severe gluten allergy over a year ago. That breakfast sandwich and those chicken tenders are a must try! :) loved the BBQ sauce.

Wow what an amazing find. I couldn't believe every thing was gluten free. It had such a large menu. I had the chicken fried steak and my son had the fish and chips. The desserts were absolutely amazing. I probably spent a couple hundred bucks there and it was well worth it. Best part of my trip to Arizona! I am so excited to hear that they do ship also, just not during the hot months.

I love bakeries, and this happened to be next to another place we were visiting. Decided to go in and grab a few things for the road back to Murrieta, CA. Grabbed the peanut butter and Ginger Snap cookies and was convinced to grab the last cinnamon roll. So I glad I did, it was just as amazing as the girl behind the counter said it would be. The cookies were great as well. A little pricey for me but well worth it if you can't have gluten and still want to have sweet treats. I do regret not getting a cupcake and trying the loaves they have. Will be back when I'm in Tucson visiting family. Highly recommend, please try them! Customer service was great as well. The girl behind the counter was very sweet.

%100000000 recommend!! This is the BEST dedicated gluten free restaurant in Tucson!!! The staff is super friendly and the food is spectacular!!!!!! My friend and I went this Thursday and started with the spinach and artichoke dip. It was spectacular. The pita bread was savory and cheesy by itself. And was really nice with the dip. My friend ordered the chicken bacon ranch salad and she said it was a really nice balance of toppings to lettuce, light and filling. I couldn't decide, as a celiac I never find gluten free chicken fried steak so I had to order that. It was the right choice, crispy and crunchy and full of flavor. How could I say no to a lemon poppyseed waffle. It was delicious delectable goodness. The only sad part is I live over an hour away. I wish I lived closer I would be here everyday!!!! This spot is perfect for brunch with your friends or a solo working breakfast trip!!!

If you are ever in Tucson and need a gluten-free meal, you will be delighted when you step into Gourmet Girls. This all gluten-free restaurant is a true culinary gem, offering desserts that are nothing short of masterpieces. Each bite of their decadent sweets is a testament to the art of gluten-free baking, with all bread and pastries made fresh daily. The highlight of our visit was the Greek burger. Served on a house-made pita with perfectly seasoned, grass-fed beef, every mouthful was a symphony of flavors. The freshness of the pita combined with the juiciness of the beef created an unforgettable experience. Equally impressive was the Reuben on freshly baked gluten-free rye. The rye bread was a marvel in itself—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, providing the perfect vessel for the tangy, savory Reuben filling. Each bite was a revelation, making us grateful we discovered this spot. Adding to the experience, our server was exceptional. Her deep knowledge of the menu and enthusiastic recommendations made our dining experience even more enjoyable. If you're searching for an outstanding gluten-free dining experience in Tucson, Gourmet Girls is a must-visit. Adding to the experience, our server was exceptional. Amazing gluten free restaurant! Their baked goods and food are really good! I tried their prickly pear cupcake and it was really good. The prickly pear filling was to die for. Some of the cookies I bought were a little dry but they were Christmas cookies that were on a shelf so it was to be expected. I got the patty melt which was on a Parmesan bread. Super flavorful. I also got onion rings and the breading was really good. They also don’t use a lot of salt in their food so if you are sensitive to sodium this would be a great option for you. I am not even allergic to gluten but I tried this place out to get some cookies for a relative and decided to eat in the restaurant when I realized it wasn’t just a bakery. Definitely give this place a try even if you aren’t sensitive to gluten!!

Traveling with my wife who is gluten free so decided to do some research and found this place! Wow, what a find it was. The entire restaurant is gluten free and the staff very knowledgable and nice. We ate here twice for lunch and enjoyed it both times. The first time we got sandwiches and the second time we split the Mexican breakfast pizza, which was fine for lunch. Don't hesitate to give this place a try even if you are not gluten free. It's really good!
